Inquiry / contact form: your name, e-mail, message, and optionally the boat type, country and role (end customer / dealer) you provide.

Technical data: IP address and browser information in the hosting provider's server logs.

Handling your inquiry and communicating with you — performance of / steps prior to a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and our legitimate interest in business communication, Art. 6(1)(f).

Traffic measurement and marketing (analytics and marketing cookies) — solely on the basis of your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you may withdraw at any time.

Operation and security of the website — legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f).

Website hosting: Vercel Inc. (USA) — operation and server logs.

E-mail delivery of form submissions: the e-mail service provider we use to send inquiries.

Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — Google Tag Manager and related measurement tools, only after consent is granted.

The relevant authorised LANEX distributor in your country where your inquiry is routed to them; a copy goes to the LANEX sales contact.

Some processors (Vercel, Google) may process data in the USA. Such transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR.

Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle it and then for the duration of the legitimate interest (typically up to 3 years from the last contact), unless the law requires longer.

Cookie consent lasts at most 12 months, after which we ask again.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time.
